David A. Fisher, M.D.

Howard A. Zaren, M.D., FACS

  • Dr. Zaren is Professor of Surgical Oncology at the University of Illinois at Chicago and Associate Director of the UIC Cancer Center. He is also Principal Investigator for the SHCC Minority-Based Community Clinical Oncology Program ("MBCCOP") and its associated research grants.
  • He is a practicing surgeon and investigator with an extensive research background in National Cancer Institute clinical trials. His National Committee affiliation includes the NSABP Breast Committee Working Group and also the CCOP P.I. Committees of NSABP, ECOG and CTSU.
